Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted after delivery.
- Returns/replacements are only applicable in case of:
- Damaged packaging
- Incorrect product delivered
- Expired product
Replacement Process
- Customers must notify within 24 hours of delivery with image/video proof.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
